Version of 26 October 2026

Draft document. The wording will be refined once the company is set up; the operator's details will appear here after registration.

1. General provisions

The DAOSITCoop site (the “Site”) belongs to the DAOSITCoop company (the “Company”). The terms apply to every visitor of the Site.

If you do not agree with the Terms, stop using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational: it describes the Company, its services and projects.

The materials of the Site are not a public offer. A contract for services is concluded separately, in writing, after the task has been discussed and estimated.

Descriptions of projects under development are lines of work and plans, not promises of a result, deadlines or income.

3. Rights to materials

The texts, images, program code and design of the Site belong to the Company or are used on lawful grounds.

The materials of the Site may be copied and distributed with a reference to the source and without distorting their meaning. Commercial use requires the Company's written consent.

4. Rules of use

It is forbidden to use the Site for actions that violate the law, interfere with its operation or aim at unauthorised access to data.

Do not send through the Site other people's personal data or confidential information without a lawful basis.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company tries to keep the information on the Site up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted operation of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for their content or rules.

6. Changes to the terms

The Company may change the Terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.

7. Applicable law

The law of the Russian Federation applies to relations connected with the use of the Site.
