Technology that belongs to the people who build it
We are a consumer cooperative, «SIT Co-op»: a team of people who build software and do it differently from how it's usually done.
Not “a company where you work.” A shared venture where you are a co-owner.

Why we exist
It usually goes like this: a developer builds a product, the product makes money, and the money goes to whoever hired the developer. The code, the idea, years of work — they become someone else's property the moment they are handed over to the client.
We decided that isn't the only possible order of things.
We took the most reliable of the existing forms of shared ownership — a consumer cooperative, tested over decades and protected by law — and filled it with new content: software development, digital products, and a team where voting power depends on neither your title nor the size of your wallet.
This isn't a startup promising a stake “someday.” And it isn't a corporation where your contribution dissolves among thousands of others. It's a way of building technology in which the person who creates the result remains its co-owner — from day one, and on solid legal ground.
We call it, simply: fair
Who we are
We are a community of developers, designers, engineers, analysts, and entrepreneurs, united by one cooperative. Everyone has their own specialty. Everyone has an equal voice in decisions that affect the shared venture.
Together we build our own products, run projects for outside clients, teach people who want to enter the profession, and grow members' ideas into independent businesses — from the first sketch to a working company.
Everything we earn is distributed openly, by clear rules. Everything we decide is decided by vote, not by order.

How we work
Shared ownership
The result of the work belongs to the cooperative, and the cooperative belongs to its members. You don't just complete tasks — you co-own what you create.
Shared decisions
Key questions are decided by a vote of the members. One person, one vote, regardless of seniority or capital contributed.
Transparency
Where the money goes, how income is distributed, who decided what — visible to everyone, not just a chosen few.
Pay is separate from ownership
Work is paid fairly and on time. Co-ownership is an additional right, not a substitute for a salary.
Growth from idea to business
A member's good idea can grow into a separate project, and then into an independent company with real investors and a real economy.
We don't promise easy money, and we don't sell a dream of getting rich quick.
We offer something more reliable: ownership of the result of your own work, a voice that matters, and a venture built to last for years — with your own hands, by your own rules.
Developers, this is for you
If you're tired of being a resource in someone else's project — join the place where you're a co-owner.
We're looking for people who want to do more than just write code — who want to build a new kind of organisation: developers, engineers, architects, data specialists, security specialists, infrastructure specialists, designers, analysts — everyone who knows how to build IT products and wants to build them their own way.
It doesn't matter whether you're an established professional or just starting out in the profession — we have a place, mentors, and a clear path of growth for both.
What you get
Co-ownership of the result
What you create belongs not to some abstract company, but to the community you become part of.
Fair, worthy compensation
For real contribution — under transparent, clearly stated rules.
A voice that counts
Decisions about development, money, and priorities are made by you — together with the other members, not by management alone.
Professional growth
Mentorship, a community of peers in your specialty, clear steps of development — from beginner to architect.
Meaningful work
You create not a one-off order, but long-term products and technologies, some of which are open to the world and useful beyond the cooperative.
A path to becoming an entrepreneur
Your own idea can get funding, a team, and become an independent business — with you leading it.
A real team
Not a hierarchy, but a community of people who care about what they create and how.
