    VALOR

    A production system for valuation firms, technical experts and committees: from a request to a signed, legally significant document. Every number in a report traces back to a data source, a methodology version and the person who accepted it.

    • Legal significance: qualified signature, PDF/A with a QR code, an immutable log
    • Control before release: automated review rules and an independent AI reviewer

    Cooperative platform

    Cooperative's personal cabinet

    A single digital workplace for the cooperative: membership and contributions, votes and meetings, funds and target programmes, documents with authenticity checks. Every body has its own cabinet and only the actions it needs.

    • Its own cabinet for the member, the Council, the Board, the Audit Commission, the administrator and the node operator
    • Votes, general meetings and ratification of decisions — with minutes
    • Contributions, a personal account, statutory funds and tracking of every member's contribution
    • Document authenticity checks, an action log and confirmation of sensitive operations by a second person
