1. The data operator

The operator of personal data is the DAOSITCoop company (the “Operator”). The Operator's details will be given once the company is set up.

2. What data we process

Data you provide yourself: your name, contact details (phone, email address, messenger name) and the content of your enquiry.

Technical data your browser sends when visiting the Site: IP address, type of device and browser, time of visit, pages viewed.

The Site stores in your browser only interface settings: the colour theme and the animation choice. These settings contain no personal data and are not sent to the server.

3. Purposes of processing

To answer your enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal.

To conclude and perform a contract if you decide to become a client.

To ensure the operation and security of the Site and to analyse its operation in anonymised form.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out with your consent, and also to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or will be a party.

If you send an enquiry, you consent to the processing of data to the extent set out in a separate document — “Consent to personal data processing”.

5. Storage and protection

Databases containing the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

We take organisational and technical protection measures: restricting access, using secure connections, and keeping data only with those who need it for their work.

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, or until you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Transfer to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Transfer is possible only to those who help us handle an enquiry or a contract (for example, mail and hosting services), and only to the extent needed for that task, or as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to learn what data about you we process, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, and to withdraw your consent.

To do so, send a request to the Operator. We will reply within the time limits set by law. You may also apply to the authority for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

8. Changes to the policy

A new version of the policy takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.
